We want using your insurance to feel as simple as possible. Coverage varies by plan, so please contact your insurance provider before scheduling to confirm your benefits, including network status, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket costs.

Please Note

Insurance participation and coverage vary by plan. Before scheduling, clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to verify whether the treating clinician is considered in-network or out-of-network under their specific benefits. Deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket expenses may apply.

Federal Notice

Good Faith Estimate

Your Rights Under the No Surprises Act

You Have the Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, health care providers must give clients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical items and services. This includes psychotherapy and related mental health services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service or item. You can also ask for one before you schedule.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Using Your Insurance

Out-of-Network Benefits

Some insurance plans may provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy services. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and payment is not guaranteed.

Contact your insurance provider to ask about benefits, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, reimbursement rates, and required claim forms.
